Hi and welcome to my first blog!
Great to have my new website now on line, if you haven't seen it yet go to be nutrition and see what it's all about.
It's exciting times because, not only has my site gone live but, STV start their new series "Make me Happier" on Tuesday 10th November at 7.30 in the evening. I was choosen as one of the consultants for the series so keep an eye out for me working with Tommy Furay and assisting in making him much much Happier!

- Becca has over fifteen year’s experience of working within the Health and Nutrition industry and has a Bsc in Nutritional Medicine. She believes that good nutrition is the foundation of good physical and mental well being and maintains that, very often, just a few simple changes are all that are needed to bring the body back into balance, increasing energy and overall health. Becca works closely with clients on a one to one basis, either within one of her city centre clinics or at their home, to tailor programmes that meet their individual needs and gain maximum results. Becca acts as a Nutritionist to a variety of corporate, sports and community organisations offering training, workshops and talks. She is a regular lecturer for the College of Naturopathic Medicine in Nutritional Therapy as well as acting as a practitioner for their student clinics.
